Celebrity Summit - Sails from New York to New England & Canada  and/or Bermuda

Sunday was a busy morning in the port of New York and New Jersey with three cruise ships, 2 military ships and 3 container ships arriving in the wee hours of the morning.

The Norwegian Escape arrived from a week long sailing to Bermuda, Her arrival time was about 4:30 AM at the Manhattan Cruise Terminal.

Arriving at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal at around 6:00 AM was Cunard Line's Queen Mary 2 returning from a New England, Canada Cruise.

Finally the Celebrity Summit was slightly delayed with her arrival at Cape Liberty Cruise Terminal,  Bayonne, New Jersey - pulling along side around 7:15 AM. The ship was arriving from a 7 Day Cruise to Bermuda.

The Celebrity Summit was delayed due to the arrival of the USNS Watkins which was being eased into the dry-dock at the Bayonne Drydock and Repair facility located at the end of the Cape Liberty Peninsular. The delay was short while the massive supply ship was aligned with the drydock and backed into the dry-dock for maintenance.

The Celebrity Summit also passed the USNS Sisler,  another military supply vessel.  just under the Verrazaro Narrow Bridge. The USNS Sisler left the Bayonne Dryock earlier in the week for sea trials after completing her renovations.

The brief delay did not impact the Celebrity Summit's departure later in the day.
